Beyond words!! I could not put down this book! I sat down to read a "few" pages, and before I knew it I was halfway through the book. I have been told many times that " You never know what a person is going through" . My goodness...my heart goes out to Paul and all of the Firefighters,Police, EMT's and all who are involved in the day to day of making sure that our communities are safe and get the assistance we need in an emergency. Also to their families "Thank You" for the sacrifices you all make. THANK YOU does not seem to be enough. A HEARTFELT THANK YOU to you all!!

I had the pleasure of reading this book while it was in the editing stages. It's written clearly, with humor and poignancy. It talks about PTSD from an insider's point of view as well as detailing the calls that brought the disease out (reader discretion advised). It's well put together and well written.

He’s keeping secrets and she’s unsure if she can trust him even though she is falling for him. Mason is intrigued by Bee’s inexperience with men and sets out to woo her into bed in any way that he can. What he doesn’t expect is to start to fall for Bee.

Smoak knows exactly how to draw the reader in and hook them from the start. She effortlessly incorporates characters from her other books into the storyline to make the reader feel connected even further (hello James and Penny!!!). Mason and Bee are lovable characters who you can’t help but fall for. In fact, all of the characters in City of Sin are interesting and well developed and leave the reader wanting further books centered around them. City of Sin is another great book by an author who has quickly become one of my favorites.

Great Short Story!

How Dare You, Ms. Smoak! I have been dabbling into reading erotic fiction recently and I must say that a lot is not well written. But this…Great short story! I was all self-righteous, like, “this guy is a jerk. How could she even talk any further with this guy.” I continued to turn the pages, laughing here and there and OMGing at other places. I liked the way the story switched to each characters point of view. Then I was all, “Bee, Don’t fall for the okey doke, typical…she did”. I continued to read on. Then it was over and I was like, “What! But what is going to happen, who is “he”, where is she going”. I was on the edge of my chair. Then, I had to laugh out loud. I was “Bee” wanting more. A newbie ready to dive right in. LOL. And darn it, Part 2 is not out yet! I said, I am not reading anymore of her books, how dare she leave me hanging in this way. (Guess you could call me, Mason, now!) lol. Next thing you know, I was on her facebook page downloading Roommate. Bravo, Ms. Smoak you got me! Keep em coming, I’ll keep reading.

Bee was so pathetic I couldn't finish the story.

She was whiny and a doormat. Six months after the breakup she still has him listed as her fiance on social media while he is hugging the new girlfriend on his page. He took all the furniture when he moved on so she sits in an unfurnished apartment watching TV, rubbing the spot where her ring was while hoping he'll change his mind and decide to come back to her.

She allows her boss to sexually harass her, took a job beneath her skill set and doesn't understand why she's not taken seriously.

A must read if going through a divorce

It explains every step of the process and gives tons of practical advice on everything from how to ensure your children come out unscathed to what to wear in court to how to start your new life. Hard hitting, but if you can follow her advice, you will pay your attorney far less, come to resolution faster and maintain your dignity throughout the process.

In this brief but concise book ONE HOUR TRADING Zach discusses Forex trading, and for those unfamiliar with the term, it stands for ‘trading foreign exchange, and he mentions right away the key to understanding and benefitting form this book is to understand ‘price action’ – ‘the most powerful, and also the easiest way to trade the market successfully. Whilst economic data and other global news events are the catalysts for price movement in a market, we don’t need to analyze them to trade the market successfully. The reason is pretty simple, all economic data and world news that causes price movement within a market is reflected via Price Action on a price chart. The main reason that separates price action trading from all other trading strategies is that it uses “clean” charts also known as “naked” charts. There are no indicators or anything confusing on your chart, the only thing that is there is raw price displayed as candles. This makes trading simpler and easier.’
